A complete K-12 academic management system embedded inside the same HRMS that manages your teaching staff. One platform for staff HR, student attendance, exam scores, homework delivery and parent communication.
The Academic module runs in a dedicated tenant schema — completely isolated from your HR data. Set up your academic year, then configure grades, sections and subjects. Assign teachers to subjects and sections. Build the timetable. You're ready in under an hour.
Define the start and end dates. All academic records, grades and promotion cycles are scoped to the active year.
Create grade levels (Class 1 through 12, or any structure) with multiple sections per grade (A, B, C…).
Define subjects and assign them to grade levels. Each subject can have a different teacher per section.
Build the weekly timetable period by period. Teacher assignments are validated against their subject qualifications.
Add students to grades and sections. Student profiles include name, roll number, parent contact and academic year enrolment. Bulk import from CSV supported.
Teachers mark attendance period by period directly from the timetable view. Absent records trigger an automatic WebPush notification to the student portal — and optionally to parents.
Create exams with max marks and passing criteria per subject. Enter scores per student. Published scores appear instantly in the student portal. Push notification sent on publication.
Teachers post homework assignments with title, description, subject and due date. Students receive a WebPush notification immediately. Homework history is visible in both the teacher and student views.
At year end, the 3-step wizard lets you: (1) configure the promotion rules, (2) preview which students will move to the next grade, (3) execute — archiving the source year and creating new enrolment records.
Enable the parent view toggle per student. A PIN is set by the student or staff; the SHA-256 hash is stored server-side. Parents authenticate with the PIN to see attendance, marks and homework — no account creation needed.
Teaching staff HR, student attendance, grade book — all under one roof.
